10/10
We spent a week in this appartment and it was a very nice experience. The neighourhood is very quiet but, to be honest, could have been nicer. On the other hand, It depends on which roads you choose to enter or leave Avignon. We took bus 10 from Aviginon TGV station and the bus stop was only a 5 minutes walk from the appartment. Opposite the bus station is a big supermarket, also very handy. When we arrived we were welcomed with a bottle of French wine and the host lead us through the house to explain how everything workes. For our 16 yr old daughter wifi was very importend and she was not disappointed: once given the pass word the bleeps went off everytime we neared the appartment ; ). The bedrooms and the bathroom were big enough and the living room spacious enough to spend an end of an evening in. Every room has a fan which is not an unnecessary luxury since it could be 34 degrees during the day. The kitchen was well fitted and everything was clean and neat. Our host was very communicative before we left and upon arrival let us know we could always call her if we needed her. On the day we left she gave us a jar of homemade jam, something we really appriciated. It's the little things that count and certainly when you don't speak French like we do ; ).. So we would certainly recommend this appartment. Avignon during the festival is very lively and the town and the region have enough to offer when you like art, architecture, culture and music.
