J'ai du appeler un responsable puis attendre pour que l'on me laisse entrer dans l'hôtel puisque personne sur place et porte verrouillée, il était 19h. J'avais réservé une chambre quadruple nous avons eu une chambre pour trois.. Propreté de la salle de bain a revoir. Emplacement pratique et Hotel au calme

駅近、スタッフ好印象

トイレ・シャワー共同の部屋を予約しましたが、通された部屋にはシャワーが付いていました。他の部屋を覗くとシャワーのない部屋もあったのでたまたまかも知れません。 駅から北へまっすぐ通り右側の公園手前を右折の徒歩5分と、アヴィニョンを拠点に移動するには便利でした。 受付のおじさん他スタッフは声掛けなどちゃんとしていてフレンドリーでした。

Worst Experience Ever!!!

Cons: 1. Luggages placed ON the bed after cleaning the room!!! 2. Insects /mosquitoes found in room. Becoz of no air con, we had no choice but opened the window, allowing mosquitoes come in. 3. No air con is a disaster in SUMMER. 4. Garbage collection at 6am in front of the hotel door. BAD sleep every day. 5. Smelly and small restroom. Problem with water draining when bathing. Had to stop bathing for a while to allow water drain. 6. No water kettle in room. 7. No hair dryer in room. 8. No lift. Pro: 1. The staff allowed us to put our luggage in the dirty laundry room after checking out. I lived here for 5 days and 4 nights. It was the 1st time that I was so desperate that I searched for another hotel in the middle of stay despite of the money paid. Worst Experience Ever!!!

très bof

Accueil agréable. J'avais réservé un lit double, c'était un simple et plus personne à l'accueil pour changer de chambre à 20h. Le lendemain matin on m'a gentiment dis que c'était tant pis. Petit déjeuner pas top. Douche commune installée dans le couloir dont les murs ne montent pas jusqu'au plafond. Placé dans le centre mais à part ça je ne recommande pas vraiment.

Hôtel correct mais toutes les chambres n'ont pas de WC ou de douches, faites attention lors de la réservation à avoir cela en tête. L'accueil est néanmoins souriant, les chambres propres et plutôt bien insonorisées.

Hotel chiuso

Dopo aver prenotato ed aver ricevuto conferma di prenotazione da parte di Hotels.com 4 giorni prima di partire abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di trovare l'hotel chiuso. Dopo oltre 1 ora di telefonata con il call center, da paese estero e con notevole costo, venivo inviato presso altra struttura di basso livello, sporco, senza doccia, con odori sgradevoli. Costretto a trovare un'altra struttura alle ore 20 con notevole aggravio di costi. Da mia segnalazione all'Ufficio del Turismo di Avignone sono stato informato che l'hotel è chiuso da alcuni mesi, evidentemente i controlli non sono stati fatti dai siti che gestiscono le prenotazioni.

Location is the only advantage

The location is very good and convenient. It only takes 5 mins from train station to the hotel, and there are many restaurants amd bars nearby. The staffs are also nice and helpful. However, the bathroom is so small and the toilet is smelly. The breakfast is unimaginably bad and difinitely not worth 7€ - the staff told us that is English breakfast so we decided to try, but actually it just includes 2 pieces of breads which you can buy from the supermarkets, and the coffee was just put into the mirco wave to make warm!!! Generally to speak, nothing special makes us recommend it or stay again.

가겨에 비해 괜찮은 호텔

침대 상태가 좋았고 방안에 샤워시설만 있고 화장실은 없었다. 화장실은 공동사용이었음. 엘리베이터 없음. 창문이 커서 환기가 좋았으나 모기때문에 못열어놓았다.. 모기가 많아서 첫날 많이 물려서 약틀고잤다.

다름질이 된 시트카바

혼자 숙박이라 작은 방을 찾아서 방이 작은 것은 어쩔 수가 없다. 시트카바를 얼굴 가까이에 대자 우리의 옛날 이불같이 밥풀을 먹여서 나는 밥풀 냄새가 나면서 다름질을 한 뻣뻣함이 느껴지는 순간..걱정하면서 선택했지만 만족감이 든다. 아침을 챙겨주는 여주인의 바지른함도 마음에 든다

Hotel close to train and central location

You get what you paid for. This was a budget offer through Wotif. Room was small and bed a bit lumpy. Shower curtain easily knocked to the floor. Experience would have been better with access to power connections. One in room, which was connected to the toilet flush, therefore if you needed to charge any devices the toilet wouldn't flush.

Great service and location

Hotel du Parc was a very comfortable hotel. The hotel service was exceptional and breakfast was high quality. The room is separated into 2 with 2 showers on each side. However, bathrooms are not in the room—it’s outside the room shared with the room next door. Other than that complaint, the free wifi is good enough to meet basic needs and play simple video games. We had a great time at this hotel and will recommend in the future.

Only consider this hotel if not good budget

Good location which is close to Avignon city heart (inside the wall boundary). Room facilities are old fashioned with a little bit smelly at bath room. They are using a non-common flushing way for toilet, like air-sucking way used at aeroplane or train. It causes lots of noise. The bath room is small.

Friendly Hotel, within city walls, stations near

We stayed during Avignon festival week, having travelled via TGV from London. Hotel approx 5 minutes walking distance from Avignon Centre Gare, within city walls, on quiet side street. Rooms overlook a small park. Rooms though basic are clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Young female owner has excellent English and helped us with our ongoing travel arrangements. Breakfast excellent and plentiful. Free WiFi, teenagers and adults happy.

I wouldn't stay again

The good: Great location. Pleasant staff. Got a room with a shared bathroom and although the hotel was full I never had to wait to use to bathroom. The bad: Hotel is dated but appeared clean, however I discovered bedbugs under my pillow on the morning of our departure and I got several bites. A noisy restaurant/bar outside our window played loud music and had raucous guests until the wee hours of the morning (even with window closed I needed earplugs).

Excellent location and good value for money

As advertised: no elevator, no A/C. Excellent location. Good value for money.
