Goed hotel, privé parking beschikbaar, grote keuze bij het ontbijt, goede locatie maar de netheid laat wat de wensen over. Muren van het toilet niet proper en ook een dikke stoflaag op de lampen!

Goed gelegen aan een van de poorten van de stad, met eigen parkeergelegenheid. Heel behulpzaam personeel! Ruime kamer met grote badkamer, uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

goed hotel, service kan iets beter.
Leuk verblijf, dicht bij het centrum, zwembad was een leuke optie al was er niet zoveel zitplaats. Bij aankomst waren de kinderbedden niet opgemaakt en de frigo defect, wel spijtig dat dit niet opgemerkt was. Ook wel duur om iets te drinken, 4,5€ voor een cola.

Reeds de 2de maal dat we logeerden in het Novotel Avignon Centre. Wij zijn zeer tevreden en ook ons zoontje van 7 jaar amuseert zich. Vooral het zwembad vindt hij super!

Very nice stay!
Nice hotel very close to the historic city center. Clean, modern rooms and a small pool. Childfriendly and very good breakfast.

We arrived quite early and the receptionist did his very best to get us our two rooms as soon as possible! Thank you very much for this. The rooms are well equipped and it was really quite. The only thing which could be improved is the breakfast. There were quite a lot of people and the restocking was quite slow. Overall I highly recommend this Novotel. Easy to walk to from the main station and a perfect place to explore Avignon.

We were only there for one night but we did appreciate our stay. We arrived later than expected so opted to dine at the hotel instead of going out and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent and we had a very souper.

We had two stays here within a few days. The property is nice but I would say it didn’t seem there seems to be a person I charge. Everywhere we ran into problems — from checkin, to quality of room ( first room had no ac or soaps and despite us complaining it took 3 hours to rectify). The restaurant manager on night shift was rude and wouldn’t let us sit with our kids at 9:45 pm in the lobby area ( despite us getting permission from the hotel reception). Even though checkout is at noon, we had cleaning crews constantly knocking on our doors starting at 11 am and expressed annoyance that we haven’t left yet. Talking to the front desk it appeared we shouldn’t have experienced any of this but of course the hotel doesn’t seem to have a manager who can help solve these issues. We felt employees were doing what they could with very little supervision or coordination from anyone. It was a terrible experience considering it is a Novotel and we wouldn’t recommend this place to others with family( maybe okay if you are single in business)

Dear Sir,We regret that your stay didn't achieved your expectations.Regarding the rooms the A/C,it works but duo the outside heat are some rooms that it gets faster cooler than others and when you mention it in 5 minutes your room was changed and you keept the other room for you luggage.For the soap dispencer at on point it ends and we replace it when you ask.Regarding the restaurant we are very sorry that you get the feeling that the employee was rude , he was trying to say that we have a restaurant and you can't have a table with outside food and he propose that you have to have at least a drink here in order for you to be able to enjoy the dinner at the restaurant with outside food.The mistake was that the receptionist had to ask first if is possible and not confirm it right away and for this the receptionist propose that if you like you can eat in the lobby aria.Once again we regret that you confront all this issues and we are thankful for letting us now to be able to improve our selfs .Thank you and hopefully we will see you again for you to see how we improve.

Easily reachable location on the ring road, at the edge of the old town. The hotel has its own subterranean parking. We had a large Executive Room, with an excellent bed and bathroom, and we were offered free water and soft drinks. Very good breakfast

Great location. Very nice, modern and updated hotel. Clean and comfortable. Excellent pool, kids enjoyed their swim time. Breakfast was included. Huge variety, fresh fruit and vegetables. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A big plus is the parking €12 per 24 hours and free charging for our hybrid vehicle The air conditioning was not cooling the room and with temperatures of over 25c it was very uncomfortable to sleep. There was a fowl order coming from the bathroom sink The staff were generally helpful
