Fantastisch
Hotel ligt midden in het centrum en alles op loopafstand. Grote kamer aan de voorzijde met twee kleine ballonnetjes. Ontvangst erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Auto in publieke garage vlakbij met speciale discount. Hotel en locatie bevielen zo goed dat we een extra nacht hebben bijgeboekt. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanbevelen.

Betere locatie is er bijna niet. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam met betrekking tot parkeren. Kamer was erg ruim en schoon. Toen we boekten goed betaalbaar. Ontbijt hebben we niet genuttigd, omdat we liever op straat eten. Eén minpunt: de gangen vallen uit de toon in vergelijking met de rest van de accommodatie.

Cosy hotel in het centrum, restaurants om de hoek, met goede bedden, prima voor een paar nachten, goede prijs, wel gehorig en kleine badkamer. Prima ontbijt.

Fanastic hotel
It is a very nice hotel in the center of Avignon with modern rooms, big bathrooms and an amazing breakfast (with lots of local products). Parking is only a 5min walk. We enjoyed it a lot and would definitively return to this place. Special thanks to the lady who made us feel very welcome ! Avignon is also very central to do sightseeing in the area. Because it is so small, you exit the city very quickly.

Struttura valida sotto tutti gli aspetti. Non abbiamo provato la colazione, con tanti bar pasticceria così vicini, essendo in pieno centro. Lo spazio per la colazione appariva angusto. Molto gentili ed efficienti le signore addette alla pulizia delle camere. Per il parcheggio, esistono vaste aree fuori le mura, con uno shuttle che fa avanti indietro col centro. Ottimo!

The ladies working during the day were very helpful and friendly. The evening guy was pretty unhappy and not there to provide friendly help. Location of the hotel is great for sightseeing however parking is about a 10 minute walk on cobblestones. We were able to drop our bags then park, but the road is sometimes closed but we showed our reservation and were allowed through. Our superior rated room was a decent size by Europe standards and largest at the hotel. They do have an elevator. AC didn’t seem to work well but we were there on a cool day so maybe that was the problem. Beds are hard as typical Europe. Cleanliness on floors could use some work but sheets were clean. A gray throw on bed had some spots on it but this is small and easily removed. Walking distance to many restaurants and the palace.

호텔 바로 앞이 번화가라 편했습니다. 번화가지만 시끄럽진 않았어요. 직원들도 친절했고 공영주차장과는 그닥 멀지는 않았지만 큰 캐리어를 끌고 가기엔 좀 힘들었네요. (크리스마스 기간부터 새해초까지는 주차도 무료였어요.)

Small room, short bed (190cm), inexistant soundproofing between rooms and with the street (inefficient double glassing) which was noisy at night. So, we did not sleep well.

Jag upplevde att hotellet ligger perfekt i centrum i gamla stan i Avignon och man har nära till allt. Rummet jag bodde på var fint, välstädat och tillgång till två franska balkonger ut mot gatan. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående.

Globalement un bon séjour
Le séjour s'est bien passé. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 400 mètres du palais des papes et dans la rue principale commerçante. Le petit déjeuner est au top, le service et le personnel au top aussi., La chambre et la literie sont très bien. En revanche, il y a un vrai problème d'insonorisation : on entend les voisins (chambre 305 et 304) comme s'ils étaient dans la même pièce. C'est le Point noir majeur. Et le système de clés électroniques est trop capricieux.

It is a cute little hotel in a great location, minutes from the papal palace. Beds were comfortable, nice linen, quiet room and a good breakfast. The front staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English. Right in the heart of everything. Lack of usb charging everywhere. Good air conditioning.

Very convenient location within the ramparts of Avignon. All of the sights and restaurants were a short walk away, as was the train station. Avignon was nice to visit and was a good location for short day trips to Arles and Nimes. Would happily stay there again.

Wonderful boutique hotel with great location, very friendly staff, beautifully decorated clean rooms and much more. Tea/ coffee maker in the room was a plus. Morning breakfast per order. Will definitely stay in this hotel next time I’m in Avignon.

Nice, small hotel
Very nice staff members. The hotel is very close to the pedestrian walking area and only a five-minute walk (or less) to the Palais des Papes. It is easy to walk from the train station to the hotel, even with luggage, as the terrain is pretty flat, and it is a direct route up one street from the Gare de Avignon Centre.

Le personnel était sympathique Nous avions une chambre clim HS, la porte de la salle de bain, ne fermait pas. Elle était habimée. La chambre était grande et confortable à part ces inconvénients.

Don't go when it's hot
Checked in everything fine. Parking was a bit hard to find/confusing. First day was ok we decided to stay another night. We were moved to another room. Had to pack up and leave hotel for 3 hours until new room was ready. Bag was stored in old room. Did not have room ready until 2 pm. New room was hot and humid. Very uncomfortable. Complained to front desk. Employee at front desk went to room, could not get room cooled any better. Left hotel for 3 hours. Came back went to room. My wife and I were in our underwear with no shirt when knock came from the door. Did not realize that "one minute please" in english meant "come on in" in french. The female front door person opened the door and came into the room while I'm struggling to put my pants and shirt on. Incredible invasion of privacy. She told us they could look at it tomorrow, which obviously is about 17 house too late. No fan, no offer to mitigate situation, no discount nothing. We had a very uncomfortable night with little sleep, left 1st thing in the morning.

We were forced to change your room because your stay was initially planned for one night, and the room you occupied had been reserved for several months by a family who wanted 2 rooms on the same floor. To compensate, the housekeeper assigned you a larger room than the previous one, and we had no intention of disappointing you. It’s a series of misunderstandings.Kind Regards,Mathilde
