  • NIEUWE EN UPDATE LOOK voor Bikini Bungalow. Verse verf, raambekleding, meubels en beddengoed. De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een koningin. Een KONINGIN slaapbank in de woonkamer. Boven loft zal een queen bed en 2 aparte bedden hebben. (Let op, de foto toont een koningin in de master suite. Het kingsize bed zal naar verwachting half oktober aankomen).

    BIKINI BUNGALOW is een familie favoriete appartement! Gelegen in het hart van Avila Beach en stappen naar warm wit zand. Het Courtyard at Avila biedt bekroonde architectuur met een prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels. Eigen patio binnen een afgesloten binnenplaats. Op steenworp afstand van het zandstrand, restaurants, golfbaan, fietspad, etc. Alle voordelen van het leven op het strand zijn vanaf het instappen aan de voorkant, kajakken, jetskiën, varen. Condo omvat 2 parkeerplaatsen in beveiligde, gated garage. Het appartement is direct naast de garage lift, gelegen op een prive en vrij einde van de binnenplaats.

    Samenvattend zijn de slaapplaatsen: Meester (Koning); Bdrm 2 (Queen); Living Room (queen) slaapbank; loft heeft een koningin en twee tweelingen. Totaal aantal bedden 6.

    Er is een lift vanuit de parkeergarage naar de binnenplaats. Dit appartement voldoet niet aan de vereisten voor handicaptoegankelijkheid. De belangrijkste woonruimte en de tweede slaapkamer zijn toegankelijk voor gehandicapten. Er zijn drie stappen die naar de hoofdsuite leiden. Our family of 7 enjoyed the home that had ample dining and living room space for game night and chatter. Upstairs loft is great for the teens/younger family as the steps are a tad tricky. Description of home was accurate and staff responds immediately to reservation questions/needs. Some kitchen items need to be replaced, overall everything you need to cook/BBQ is stocked. Bring your own spices/oil etc

The house had plenty of space for a large family and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies, plates and forks, trash bags, even zip loc bags! The laundry in home along with laundry detergent was convenient to wash sandy items before heading home. The rooms and bed situation was comfortable and spacious. There were plenty of bath towels and even hand soap and shower toiletries ( shampoo, conditioner and body wash.The place was to perfect, however we have some issues:1. One the first day, the internet didn’t work which meant no TV because the TV relies on internet to work. Not a game changer for me, but did travel with guest who like to watch TV to unwind. 2. Although the house seemed clean, we did see aVery old and think spider web in the master bedroom high window. It was large and thick enough to make me feel uncomfortable to sleep in the room. We had to clean ourselves using vacuum. 3. In the middle of the night, around 2am, a loud alarm went off in the master bedroom. It took a while to pin point where the alarm was coming from. We had to call the emergency number for rental, but no one answered answer at the time. I was able to figure out where the alarm was coming from and fix before anyone called me back from emergency line. Despite the issues, I would come back and try to rent from Seven Sisters again.

The place is ideally located just a half block to the beach. Our only complaint is that because it is located on the corner it can be pretty loud starting at 6:30 in the morning with trash trucks, delivery trucks, school buses, etc. Even with closed windows, it woke us up every morning so just something to be aware of. A small price to pay for the overall convenience of the location. Overall a great place.
