Voltooid zomer 2019, SURF IN SURF OUT, heeft een nieuwe look! Een neutraal strandkleurenpalet, meubels, beddengoed, beddengoed, vloeren en meer! Kom de frisse blik op een familie favoriete strandverhuur zien.

Surf In, Surf Out is een familie favoriete appartement! Gelegen in het hart van het Avila Beach en stappen om warm wit zand. Binnenplaats aan Avila vitrines bekroonde architectuur met een prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels. Prive patio gebied binnen een gesloten binnenplaats. Op een steenworp van het zandstrand, restaurants, golfbaan, fietspad, etc. Alle voordelen van stappen strand leven vanaf uw boarding, kajakken, jetskiën, varen. Appartement bestaat uit 2 parkeerplaatsen in beveiligde, gated garage. Het appartement is direct naast de garage lift, gelegen op een prive en rustig einde van de binnenplaats.

Het appartement heeft drie prive-slaapkamers: De master suite (kingsize bed) met ensuite badkamer; slaapkamer 2 (queensize bed); en het hokgebied. Op het hok bevindt zich een queensize bed, 2 tweelingen en 1 tweepersoonsslaapbank. De woonkamer heeft een tweepersoons slaapbank. Totaal aantal bedden is 7. Geschikt voor 11 gasten. 2 badkamers beneden.

Er is een lift van de parkeergarage aan de binnenplaats. Dit appartement voldoet niet aan handicap toegankelijkheid eisen. De belangrijkste woongedeelte en de tweede slaapkamer is handicap toegankelijk. Er zijn drie stappen die leiden naar de master suite. Wonderful Stay!

We have been coming to this property for years but this was the first time staying at this unit. The furniture and decor were top notch. We loved the spacious living room and kitchen area. The stairs were a bit steep and slippery in socks, but overall perfect stay!

Great great!

I stayed in this vacation home with my family. It was a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely perfect for us, was stocked with all the essentials and required the bare minimum to check out. It was perfect we would easily choose to stay again. The location was phenomenal and I appreciated the covered/gated parking. All I would say that’s critical is the stairs are a little scary/unprotected and I worried about my older children traveling them in the middle of the night to use the restroom. If I had younger children I would have opted to sleep them in the master with me. It was still a 10/10.

These condos are really nice, totally secure,private secure parking and 1/2 block from the boardwalk/beach. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. Shampoo, laundry soap, full kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the grandkids loved the loft. Looking forward to next year.

Road noise was not an issue, plenty of parking (in a parking garage below the building). We arrived very late and unfortunately our front door lock decided it didn't want to work. Management was able to send someone out within 15 minutes to fix the lock and get us in and also bring us beach towels! The office is in the same building complex as the townhouse. Plenty of space inside with lots of beds. Might not be the best layout for little kids though. Beds are up in a loft at the top of a spiral staircase. 2nd bedroom has a door to the outside. Nicely outfitted big kitchen with table. Master bedroom has lots of room. Definitely would stay here again.

Six adults and five kiddos ranging in age from 12-3, I was unsure if this unit would give enough room and it was perfect. Only wished we had a third bathroom but we all managed well. Perfect location, the condo was very clean and well maintained. Spent time on the patio in the evenings playing cards while using the grill. Lovely time!

We did have an issue with a battery in the carbon monoxide detector and seven sisters was there within 10 minutes to get handled. The fridge ice maker doesn’t work and some of the windows and blinds were also broken as was the fan in the living room so that was bummers but over all it was great.

Perfect Property

This property worked perfectly for my 2 adult daughters and their families for my birthday celebration weekend. Location was fantastic - everything was an easy walk away. The property itself is beautifully decorated and appointed. We had everything we needed to cook in with plenty of space for all. We enjoyed our weekend so much we intend to make it an annual event.
