Woman-Owned Mid-Century Vibe
I love the old-school motels where you can park in front of your unit and unload easily. It feels safer somehow, and I like to be able to keep an eye on my car. This spot is a cute woman owned motel. She has a decorated with very cute coverlets, but it otherwise harkens to the mid century when the spot was built. It’s a bit shabby but very clean and it feels very safe. I would stay again without hesitation.

Not a good experience
The guy checking me in hardly said anything except for asking for my credit card. I entered the room and there was already a guest in there. I apologized and went back to the front desk to request a different room. The guest I had walked in on also came to the front desk because his key wasn't working anymore. The front desk agent didn't apologize to either of us. He just gave the other guest the key I had used to enter his room and said it should probably work. I got a different room and the TV didn't work. The cleanliness was also sub par. I don't see myself returning.

Nice night of sleep.
Clean and efficient. Pillows were a little too high (stuffed) for my liking but overall clean and quiet.

Convenient parking right outside door, small town vibe. Quiet so we slept well. Bed and pillows firm. Room had slight musty/cigarette odor. A/C powerful and loud. A few rooms had window that opened...ours did not. Wish it did as we would have skipped the A/C.

The bedspreads/blankets were outdated and had blood stains. The carpet had a huge tear right in the middle of the floor. The bathtub had someone else's hair in it. I killed 2 bugs on one of the beds. The bench outside was about to collapse and the picnic table was broken and missing a bench. After we went to dinner, our keycard didn't work and we had to get another one. An older man kept stumbling around knocking on doors until he found his room. The air conditioner didn't work properly and was old and dirty. Their ice machine was broken for a month so we had to buy ice. If we hadn't just drove for 10 hours, we would've stayed somewhere else.

After 16 hours on the road- a fender bender added in- this place was a slice of heaven. Rooms were clean and guy at check in desk was great (we were a late check in). Next trip through, this will be where we stop again.

The room had a strange smell. I stepped on something sticky in the rug, can’t hardly call it carpet. No hair dryer. No tissues. Sheets pulled off from the bed in the middle of the night. Lumpy pillows. Washcloths thin and scratchy.

Was alright.
The dead bolt on the door didn’t work. The tv was complicated to figure out. The heater kept switching from blowing warm air to cold air the whole time. Otherwise the room was decent.

Recliner was hard get out of. Never got hot water out sink faucet. Air conditioner was noisy for the first couple of hours. Owner was great help with TV & very gracious.
