We have newly renovated every aspect to create a true modern getaway in the heart of rustic Eagle County. Look no further for your home away from home. Complete with brand new hot tub, indoor fireplace, and room for 10 guests. This property is a 30+ day rental, we are willing to add beds as needed.

BEDROOMS
This home has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. There are a total of 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Doubles (bunk beds) and multiple couches in the living room.

Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly. The sliding glass door allows you to walk directly out to the yard.
Bedroom 2 - This private bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, and private desk. It also has a sliding door leading directly into the yard.
Bedroom 3 - This modern bedroom includes a bunk bed made of two double beds. Spacious for four people to stay comfortably.

BATHROOMS
You`ll find 2.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group`s needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners.

The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 8 guests with an additional 4 bar stools! The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, with big windows to let in a lot of light. The lounge is massive with 3 couches and a beautiful modern fireplace. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden in and on the property. Violations will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

IMPORTANT: These homes are on paved roads. However, this is a top ski town in America, so it snows OFTEN. You want to make sure you are prepared with AWD or 4WD. Our snow plow partner only comes anytime it’s over 5”, however if you are stuck let us know and we can help!
