Last minute find because of an issue with a previously reserved condo elsewhere, so we were happy to get this condo.
Condo is pretty minimalist. Supplies are very basic. Rudimentary kitchen equipment. No cleaning supplies other than dish and dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. Great washer/dryer, though!!
Condo could use a bit of TLC, i. e, curtain rods bent and curtains falling down. Housekeeping issue.
Management, however, was very helpful and welcoming.
Difficult to communicate directly with the Owner. I think he depends on Management to handle everything, which is fine.I can understand that some owners just don't want to be bothered. I prefer a more personal means of communication, however. IMHO
