I travel to Avon regularly for business and have stayed in many different properties around town. For the price, you cannot beat this location. Having underground heated parking was a huge plus. We were in a rental Z71 Tahoe and fit without issue, so as long as your vehicle is under that height, you will be good.The property was as described with a great, modern kitchen. We didn't cook, but it was fully equipped if that is what you are looking for. The condo was really well laid out, clean, and very nice for our stay.Like many places in town, there is no AC, only a heater. Ceiling fans or central fans would have been nice, but that really didn't take away too much from our experience. We just happened to be in town when it was in the high 80s. At night, when it cooled off, a little while with open windows or the balcony door, and it cooled off quickly.I had one minor issue during my stay. There was no iron, and I needed to press a shirt. The property manager was incredibly responsive and refunded us for the iron we purchased. They didn't have to do that, but they did, and it made me a very happy customer.If you are coming to Avon, I encourage you to check out this property.
