Gelegen in het hart van Avon, deze fantastische nieuw gebouwde twee slaapkamer berg uitje heeft alle gemakken van thuis ... plus een prachtig uitzicht op Beaver Creek Mountain!

Verwen jezelf met het gemak van een aantal van de beste restaurants en winkels in de Vail Valley. Nieuw meubilair, ontwerper decor, nieuw tapijt, gas open haard, een balkon met een gas-BBQ grill en tuinmeubilair. Draadloos internet service. Kabel-TV in elke kamer, is er een dvd in de woonkamer en elke slaapkamer (een videorecorder ook in de woonkamer). Het Ottomaanse bank verdubbelt als een slaapbank en een wasmachine en droger bevindt zich in de Condo.

De master bedroom heeft een kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer met bubbelbad en dubbele wastafel ... plus een eigen ingang naar het balkon. Twee queen bedden zijn voorzien in de ruime slaapkamer - perfect voor een gezin - met een eigen ingang naar de aangrenzende badkamer. Veel handdoeken zijn voorzien, samen met bad zeep, shampoo, conditioner, en full-size blowdryers in elke badkamer.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust (koffiezetapparaat, crock pot, blender, broodrooster en alle gadgets en servies u zich kunt voorstellen).

Een full-size front load wasmachine en droger bevinden zich in het appartement met wasmiddel, droger lakens en vlekkenverwijderaar.

Een ondergrondse, verwarmde garage biedt parkeergelegenheid, vergrendeling ski-opslag voor de eenheid, en een fietsenstalling. Deze eenheid is een van de weinige eenheden in de Vail Valley airconditioning bieden - een goede optie te hebben op een warme zomerdag!

Great condo in Avon. Underground parking super clutch. Fast wifi. Stocked kitchen with all sorts of pans, containers, and loads of what you need. Comfy beds and linnens. Would recommend and stay here again.

Our family of five enjoyed this condo. It was well maintained and well stocked for a ski weekend. The location is great to be in Avon and be able to walk to dinner and groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend skiing with my family - the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space in the condo, and everything was location in convenient proximity to the slopes and/ or to bus stops to get there!

Family ski vacation

The condo is in a wonderful location. Maybe a little far to walk with skis to the gondola but there is a shuttle you can catch or you can drive to one of the public lots. It is an older unit but clean and very well appointed. Our door code didn't work initially but Lorna took care of it right away. No complaints and will go back again!

Second year in a row

This was the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here. The size of the condo is great, and the location has many things going for it: close to local food options, close to grocery store, close to ski rental store (Christy Sports), and maybe best of all, it is the 3rd stop on the Skier Bus Route, so you get on before the stops which have MANY people board at once.The garage parking is also a great amenity!

Convenient Condo in Avon

This condo is located in the center of downtown Avon and three exits (9 miles) from downtown Vail. It is extremely secure with keyboards to enter the parking lot, Building front door, elevator and entrance to the condo. It has an air conditioner which many places in the mountains do not have.

Great condo

We loved this property. The underground parking is a plus (assuming you registered your car online properly. If you follow owners instructions especially length of time to show you will be fine. If not you could be billed, but parking company will remove it with proof of stay). Being seniors, the garage parking was a major plus in renting as no steps/stairs. The owner was very responsive in our inquiries. Everything was lovely. The month of July, we hardly used the air conditioner in unit as we liked fresh air and opened balcony door and windows. At night with only window open the fan going was very comfortable as well. The coffee table lifts up and becomes your dining table. It worked great since no “dining room table”. The place is just as pictured. We would not hesitate to go back.

Lovely apartment, conveniently located

Warm, homey apartment. A cook’s kitchen, completely kitted out with all the equipment and utensils you could possibly want, including a five-burner gas stove. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, from cheap-and-cheerful to white-tablecloth. Perfect for skiers or snow boarders with easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail. A 10-minute walk to the gondola or a 100-meter walk to the ski shuttle bus. Good value-for-money toward the end of the ski season when I was there. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect condo for our family, we have two tall teens, so it was great that they had their own beds. I like the lockers that they had, the access from garage to condo was great. Location was good. The description said, new building, however, the building, and unit seem to be older, that was the only thing that I noticed..

Spring Break - ski trip

This is a great middle location between Beaver Creek (less than 2 miles away) and Vail (less than 8 miles away). It is on the shuttle route and Avon is a fun town with everything you would need and bonus, a great pizza place within walking distance. We enjoyed the fireplace and the jetted tub after long skiing days. Highly recommend!

Great ski location.

This property is exactly as advertised. It has a great location to catch the ski shuttle up to Beavercreek. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Shopping is right across the street and restaurants are within very close walking distance. We will stay here often. The host is very responsive.

Nice place that is a 3 min walk to the bus stop to catch the Skier Express bus (free shuttle). It was nice to have reserved garage parking. Owner's information for access and surrounding area was plentiful and detailed.
