Zaterdag tot zaterdag Verhuur ---- Beddengoed inbegrepen in de huur. Breng uw eigen bad- en strandlakens mee.
Probeer fantastische BREEZE BAY. Na zware dagen op het water, zijn het gemanicuurde gazon, betonnen oprit, toegang tot het huis, afsluitbare opslag en schot zijn welkome bezienswaardigheden voor alle gasten. De begane grond biedt een perfecte toegang tot varen, vissen, kajakken, kiteboarding, paddleboarding en windsurfen. Vergeet de uitstekende krabben niet. Het eerste niveau heeft een bijkeuken met een frontloading wasmachine en droger, wasbak en aas koelkast. Het 2e woonniveau heeft 3 slaapkamers (koningin, koningin, 2 stapelbedden), een ligbad en een eigen badkamer (douche, wastafel en toilet) in een van de slaapkamers met queensize bed, evenals de stapelbedkamer. Alle slaapkamers hebben toegang tot 270 graden buitenterras. De grote kamer boven is een vakantie-charmeur met hoge plafonds en een complete badkamer. Bereid geweldige maaltijden in de goed uitgeruste keuken en serveer ze met panache aan de ontbijtbar, 8-persoons eettafel, spel- / kaarttafel of op het zonneterras met uitzicht op het water. Reken op BREEZE BAY om goed en comfortabel ingericht te zijn. De 4e slaapkamer (koning) heeft een aangrenzende ligbad. Alle dagen moeten eindigen in BREEZE BAY's gescreend in het dek met bubbelbubbelbad. Een majestueus zonnedek op het 4e niveau zal zonaanbidders tevreden stellen.

Breeze Bay is lid van de Klub Koru GOUD club die huurders ONBEPERKT bezoek geeft aan het Klub Koru OCEANFRONT zwembad, evenals de Avon Fishing Pier. Klub Koru biedt ook spadiensten. Klub Koru ligt naast de Avon-vispier op Highway 12, op ongeveer 1,5 km van Breeze Bay.

Breeze Bay is een modern huis dat mooi is ingericht met lederen meubels in de grote zaal. De keuken is goed uitgerust voor grote gezinnen. Een propaangrill is een leuke voorziening voor het bereiden van zeevruchten of uw favoriete stuk vlees.

Kajaks zijn aanwezig, zodat u de waterwegen kunt verkennen op het onberispelijke Pamlico Sound. Gebruik onze steiger om uw boot aan te meren voor uw verblijf.

De stranden op het eiland Hatteras behoren tot de beste ter wereld. Ze bieden een aantal van de beste vissen en surfen aan de oostkust. Vissers kunnen hun geluk beproeven op het beroemde Cape Point. Surfers kunnen de beste golven aan de oostkust vangen bij het Cape Hatteras Light House, de beroemde 'S'-bochten of de Frisco Pier. Windsurfers en Kiteboarder kunnen de bries vangen bij de beroemde Canadian Hole, Kite Point of een van de vele ongerepte kilometers kustlijn op het eiland Hatteras.

The owner is very responsive and wants your stay to be the best it can be. The kitchen is well stocked with every needed appliance. We loved the many balconies and beautiful views. The beaches are not crowded, and the kayaks were a hit on the sound side.

All of our family members set aside a few days to celebrate their birthday, Thanksgiving and Christmas at a special location with amazing adventures planned. This year we met in Avon NC! The VRBO we stayed in was absolutely perfect for us and everyone loved it!! We caught 2 sharks surf fishing and had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner and celebrated our December birthdays and Christmas exchanges! Would 100% recommend this VRBO to all active families!! Fun in Avon

My whole family loved this house. It had plenty of room for 11 people of different ages without feeling cramped. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking. The kids loved crabbing and watching sunsets from the crow's nest is a must. We had alot of rain during our stay, so the pool was only open one day but still had an amazing time.

Awesome house

The house was very cleaned and well stocked. The paddle board and kayaks were a hit with the teenagers. Plenty of bedrooms and space. The decks were all very nice. Beautiful sunsets and weather the entire week. Short walk or drive to the beach. Shopping and restaurants close by. The teens loved walking to the many different ice cream shops nearby every night. Absolutely loved this area. Best relaxing vacation.

Piece of Paradise

This was our second stay at Breeze Bay. The house was very clean and lawn was well taken care too. We love all the decks and that there were chairs on every one to sit and enjoy the views. The wrap around dock of the canal was awesome for fishing as well. Dan was great to work with and always quick to respond. Thanks for making our 2024 OBX trip so enjoyable!

Great, quiet location

Location was awesome as it allows for quick access to all the islands. The house was clean with all the stuff needed to cook. Sheets were supplied by owner but did have to bring towels which was not a problem. The outdoor shower is helpful for sand. There were tons of places to eat nearby. You can catch both sunrise and sunset from this house with the top deck. Amazing week for our family.

Perfect Location for a Low Stress Vacation

Fantastic house for any vacation. It was exactly as described in the site and the amenities were terrific. We spent our time between walking to the beach, kayaking on the sound, and getting a driving permit to go to the beach south of town. One day we chilled out at the pool and tennis club which was very low stress. A daily ritual following beach time was coming back showering outdoors and then hitting the hot tub. Location is about 2 miles from the center of Avon, but right next to the Sound. The Kayaks, Paddle board were welcome activities. I would recommend this house anyone. One thing to note is that one of our party did cut her toe on the oyster shells in the sound. Water shoes are recommended.

The house literally has everything you need. The kitchen is stocked so well and literally has everything you need and more. The location and views were amazing. We were very pleased. Terrific location for our 3 fishermen...pond, sound and ocean! The teens enjoyed trying out the kayaks in the pond as well. Access to the grill for cooking and hot tub for relaxing was great! Dan was awesome to work with and he quickly answered any questions.

Hidden Paradise

Dan was great to deal with. He was prompt with any questions. Even called me when we were inquiring about check in, and in today's world that goes to say a lot to "talk" to someone :) The house was very clean and cozy! Other house we stayed at had sandy floors and bathrooms not cleaned to our liking upon check in, but not this one. There cleaning is TOP KNOTCH! Plenty of paved parking, and the yard was very well maintained. The dock area and being a corner lot, seemed like a "Hidden Paradise." Beautiful views from all the decks and the dock. It was so nice that no matter what deck you were on, there was seating to just relax and take it all in. The kitchen had anything and everything we needed, and the starter supplies were a nice perk! We will be back Dan!

Sound serenity

Our first time renting sound side and we are converts! The SUP was an added bonus and used everyday (sometimes twice). We thoroughly enjoyed grilling fresh seafood nightly while taking in the views/sunsets! Quiet neighborhood with a mix of locals and rentals; close to grocery and restaurants. Recommend the Ugly Mug for coffee and pastries!

New Years Getaway

We come down to Avon, almost every Thanksgiving and we have stayed at BreezeBay twice now. It is definitely one of our favorites - great space to spread out, kitchen very well stocked, furniture and beds super comfortable, and great communication with host! Especially enjoyed the views from all the decks and the hot tub!
