Hello, we are sorry to read that your stay did not meet expectations. Yes, it is accurate that most residences do not have air-conditioning because it rarely gets hot and guests enjoy opening up the windows and having the mountain air cool down their residence, especially with cold, crisp nights. We will pass on your feedback to the spa and yes, we recommend that guests fly into Eagle Regional Airport whenever possible as it is much closer, more convenient and less expensive than Denver.
