It can also be transformed into an entertaining space, equipped with a double sofa bed, a pool table, darts board and TV. With board games also available, it's a great place to enjoy friendly competition and evenings filled with laughter.The downstairs accommodation also includes a bathroom and shower room, providing convenience for guests. A wonderful outdoor seating area accommodates up to 12 guests, making it the perfect setting for memorable BBQs, relaxed alfresco dining and cosy winter evening drinks.

The Bbq area is equipped with both gas and charcoal Bbq options, giving guests the flexibility to cook and dine together. For cooler evenings, the outdoor log burner creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, ideal for gathering around with a drink and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.



Swimming pool & terrace

The large swimming pool provides a wonderful place to relax, unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Beside the pool, a luxury outdoor seating area, complete with parasols and a variety of quality bean bags, offers the perfect spot for lounging and soaking up the views. The property is also equipped with floatation devices and swimming pool towels for your use during your stay.

The swimming pool is available for guests to use between 08:00 and 22:00 and is heated during the months of April to October.

Gardens & tennis court

The large rear garden extends to a paddock, courtyard, swimming pool and full-size tennis court, providing plenty of space for outdoor activities, relaxation and enjoying the beautiful countryside setting. Tennis racquets and tennis balls are provided for guests use.
