'We had the Thelma room and it had en excellent bed, shower and airco. If you have people upstairs you might hear it as there is a staircase next to the room and a room above. Staff is excellent as well and Tim and the young lady were especially helpful. The valet guy was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff we met. Breakfast is limited in choice but very good in quality.'

'The breakfast was fantastic. Property was clean. Staff is awesome'

'Always a pleasure staying at The Lancaster. The staff is incredible and always make us feel like family. They will go out of their way for their guests. From Sam greetings at valet to the front desk always smiling. The new renovations look great too!'

'The room was very clean, the staff was just great and the breakfast was very good! The Parking was a little difficult, but it was very safe!'

'We hadden voor de executive lounge bijbetaald maar die was gewoon niet open'

'I stayed at The Westin because I had a work trip in downtown Houston. If you’re looking for something nearby the convention center, that’s quiet and has some good restaurants nearby, this hotel is amazing. Not only that, the king bedroom is spacious, great amenities with a spacious bathroom, a snooz white noise machine, and even an option to rent two monitors, a keyboard / mouse via Outpost. Truly an amazing experience as a business traveler. The staff at front desk were so helpful.'

'The room was clean and smelled good. The front counter staff was very nice. The pillows were lumpy but that’s the only complaint'

'Everything was amazing including the view of the room'

'It seemed that from front desk to the servers at the banquet.. to the server at the breakfast …. All had an attitude and were rather unhelpful and rude…. The valet guys were great … always respectful'

'Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s. Die werken met een systeem wat niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk is. Maar verder was alles aan appartement uitstekend. Tip, gebruik de Star Parking in de Fanning Street, verreweg de goedkoopste in de omgeving.'

'Great stay'

'Very clean, room w/kirchen, friendly and helpful staff, awesome gym, walking distance to museums. Loved it!'
