'Place was thilthy not a triple room radiator hanging off the wall its house of multiple occupancy full of loud smack & crack head all shouting in the corrudor day & night cane back to mental health nusre banging like crazy said wanted the girl in our room who id atually seen & she said thats my room your in so then was worried about who had keys this place is nothing like advertised
You shoukd not mix long term residents with issues with paying guests it was very frightening going out the room...

'Was supposed to be here for 2 nights, first night first room, TV not working, Wifi not working and no hot water! Moved me to a new room turned out to have the same issues. When I reached the hotel for the second night I was told. there is still no hot water so left the hotel and stayed elsewhere. The room was booked in advance and have contacted the hotel via Expedia twice to try and get a refund for at least the second night and not heard from them at all.'

'DISGUSTING. We found BED BUGS in our room while traveling with our 3-year-old. We had to strip our child immediately out of fear she’d been exposed. Absolutely horrifying as a parent.
Our entire trip was ruined. We had to cancel an important appointment and drive FOUR HOURS back home the same day. Completely unacceptable and beyond unsanitary.
No family should ever stay here. Avoid at all costs.'

'The apartment was perfect for my purposes. Everything I could have asked for. The only problem was that I didn’t receive any instructions to pick up the keys from hotels. com. Luckily the owner was there when I arrived. They were very helpful. I would highly recommend this for others.'
