Tenía una ventana, con una vista muy fea , a un techo de una casa al lado. No había ni una silla, 1 solo gancho y closet muy estrecho. Muy anticuado. Nada de shampoo y con jabón pequeño de barra muy mala calidad.'

'Very friendly people, speaking english very well. Very helpful to find places and restaurants. The room is very nice and very quiet with a nice big bathroom with rainshower. Very good beds. The breakfast in the morning is tasteful with everything you wish, even yoghurt with cereals. The hotel is about 10 minuten from the Central Square and 10 minuten from the busstation. I would recommend this hotel to everybody!'

'Tive uma excelente experiência neste hotel em Cuenca:hotel nass loft atahualpa! A localização é perfeita, próxima aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, além de estar cercado por lojas, cafés e supermercados, o que facilitou muito meu dia a dia durante a estadia. O café da manhã incluso era saboroso e bem servido, com opções frescas e típicas da região. O quarto estava sempre limpo e bem organizado, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade após os passeios. 'The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. '

'The hotel was well situated and easy to get to. Walking distance to many activities, shops churches and museums etc Room was nice and clean each time we returned from our outings.
