'This hotel is a fantastic indulgence for a couple. The room was spotless the staff excellent and the breakfast that was included each day was great. We rented a car from the hotel which was super easy and spend a day driving around the island. Also lounged by the infinity pools. We had dinner each night in the hotel dining room and really got a feel for the menu. Excellent nouvelle Greek food. A very relaxing vibe '

'We cannot say enough good things about NOS!! We were there for our honeymoon, looking for a relaxing time in Sifnos, and NOS was the absolute perfect place to stay for that! Our room was sleek, clean, and had a private patio with a small plunge pool which was incredible. The staff were so friendly and attentive and always seemed to be one step ahead of us in terms of knowing what we wanted or were missing. And last but not least, the food was amazing! 'We had the most wonderful stay at Apsila. The owners were so welcoming, hospitable and friendly from the moment we stepped off the ferry!
