Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a sleeping area, a bathroom (with bath) and a 16 m² terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: fan, ironing board and iron.

- A private 16 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Shared area:
- A 180 m² swimming pool (unheated) and a children's pool secured by a gate and fence, open from 15 April to 15 October.
- Garden and barbecue.

The flat is ideally located in Azille, in a very quiet, restful, family-friendly residence. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

A car is essential; you can park directly in the estate's private outdoor car park.
