'We were not aware there was a set time you have to be there to meet someone to check in. We went there in the am when we landed and they said no one was on site. We went to hollywood sightseeing and received a call in the afternoon saying we needed to come now we tried but got stuck in traffic and could not make it there before the check in person was leaving because we didnt want to miss the dodgers game we had tickets for. 'I had a wonderful stay! The host was very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. I loved the convenience of the keypad entrance, which made check-in super simple. The space was clean, cozy, and I especially enjoyed the fun pink walls in the entrance and hallways, they gave it such a cheerful vibe. "Exactly what you need, after a 11 our flight from Amsterdam. Clean room, all the amenities you need, breakfast vouchers, the citadel outlets next door. Overnight parking for only 18 bucks. We even booked our stay for the end of our trip here in the USA. We would definitely stay here in the future "
