'It's not a great area surrounding the hotel but we never felt scared or unsafe. The room we got was amazing. Spacious, lots of beds to use, all the appliances we needed, full fridge, lots of seating. Would love to stay here again. Didn't mind the parking across the street. It's not far. $25/night. The front desk workers were very nice and helpful. The elevators were clean and quick. There were places to eat around us like local restaurants. '

'It's my second time here, and I don't want to recommend about this place bc if more people come they will raise their prices, which as for now are very reasonable and it's much better then a hotel room in my opinion. Full kitchen, washing machine, clean fun and comfortable. Don't come here, I want availability and the same price on my next visit here ;) . '

'Overall this house was perfect for our needs and close to everything we planned. Neighborhood is quiet. Property manager is quick to respond as well. Kitchen and eating areas were fine for our family, my only negative comment would be that as it is listed to host up to 10 people ( 5 bedrooms available) there was not enough silverware and plates/bowls for even 6 people making eating in a bit of a challenge for us. Otherwise very clean and comfortable.'

"The hotel is completely new and modern. The lobby is on the 70th Floor with a magnificent view of the LA downtown skyline. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Staff is very friendly. Only minor point of comment is the not complete (at the time of booking via Expedia) transparency about the additional costs."

"Affordable hotel with spacious rooms. Good value for money. The hotel is located in a safe area. There are a number of bus stops near the hotel that can bring you to Downtown Los Angeles or to Hollywood, Fairfax and Beverly Hills. Along those bus lines you can also transfer to the metro lines, which means you can pretty much reach the entire Los Angeles metropolitan area using public transit using the nearby bus stops. For groceries there is a Ralph's supermarket nearby and there are a number of diners nearby as well. The Glendale Galleria mall is a few bus stops away as well. A good hotel that offers good value."
