'Whole experience was excellent from leisure staff, bar staff and restaurant staff all very helpful and attentive. Evening meal was excellent, good choice. Breakfast was also lovely, great choice for adults and children.

'Very unfriendly service by lady at reception, during one entire day no hot water available from the morning onwards, staff had no intention to offer any compensation, poor internet connection, room phone wasn't working. Was also understaffed!!!

'We have just got home from a wonderful night at Ash farm . Fantastic service from Janice David and Christian they could not do enough for us.
Our room was lovely we had the garden room. Not overly big but very quaint
The setting is so beautiful.i would highly recommend here to anyone .
Our only negatives and they are only small is we'd have liked it if they'd had 1 dog friendly room and the garden room is beautiful but it backs onto the breakfast room. So a little noisy from 7 this wouldn't...

'Lovely room, quirky decor and a comfy bed. My only issue was the room was quite warm and the windows only opened slightly on a lock with no fan/ac.
