'It was a lovely stay. The area is quiet and close (5-10 minutes walk) to Brooklands tram stop and a few minutes walk from shops and cafes. The area is also safe at night. The hotel owner/manager/staff are extremely friendly and kind and generous. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was good and spacious. 'Helpful staff on reception, room was very clean appreciated being able to turn heating off as most hotels have it set and it can be unbearable. This hotel has everything you need for a short stay and loads of free parking which is a big plus I would not hesitate to return '
