'Pitch view room was very impressive and worth the visit. Nicely presented hotel, friendly staff and good selection of drink at the bar. Rooms were nice and clean with good temperature control. Restaurant food was good, we only had the pizzas but they were nice. Breakfast was not great. Sausages seemed stale and ove'

'Despite the room being dated, the property is gorgeous. Rooms are large; my room included a fan, electric heater and breakfast to go. They have a gluten free breakfast option, which was perfect. We were even able to get it for a 4am checkout. '

'We had 2 rooms for a 3 night stay. The hotel price was excellent value for money and which included breakfast and parking. The breakfast offered cooked options which were freshly prepared by order. All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean with modern decor and bathrooms and with quality beds and bed linens. There was ample parking. The hotel was set in pleasant grounds and conveniently close to the motorway and a great stopping off point for local attractions, villages and country...
