Hola Carlos,Nos alegra mucho que haya disfrutado mucho las instalaciones del hotel y lamentamos mucho los inconvenientes que pudiste vivir en nuestro hotel. Diariamente nos esforzamos para darles el mejor servicio. Eventualmente la bomba del agua se reinicia y debes esperar unos 5/8 minutos para que vuelva a salir el agua. Saludos cordiales,

Simon,Thank you for your comments. Normally, we have a very relaxing and chilling vibe in our hotel which means our guests feel very happy about it. We love that every year we make a New Years Eve Party and not only our guests, but people from all over the world come to have a good time! Actually, because of New Year, we dont make our team wake up that early, they come to work at 9:30 am and before that we announced to all of our guests that.
