immediately — framed in the oversized picture
window straight ahead, open water as far as you
can see. Bright white walls, light wood floors,
ivy garland trailing along the ceiling, and
designer touches at every turn. Your private
mini-split A/C keeps things crisp and perfectly
cool year-round — no battling Houston humidity
inside these walls.

The fully equipped designer kitchen features
navy shaker cabinets, gold hardware, white
marble countertops, gold gooseneck faucet,
Cosmo range hood, 2-burner induction cooktop,
and a retro red mini fridge with real personality.
Your dedicated coffee and tea bar arrives stocked
— organic green tea, k-cups, creamers, and sugar
ready to go. High-speed WiFi throughout.

The convertible sofa on the main level sleeps 2
additional guests comfortably, positioned with
a direct bay view so the water is always in
sight. A wall-mounted Roku smart TV completes
the living area for evenings in.

Climb the black iron loft ladder to your sleeping
loft — a queen bed in crisp white hotel linens
with a chunky knit throw, warm sconce lighting,
and ivy garland wrapping the ceiling above you.

The spa-like bathroom features marble-look tile
walls with gold veining, a glass-enclosed rain
shower with brushed gold overhead fixture,
floating vanity with matte black fixtures,

One more thing that makes Loft A one of a
kind — the hammock loft. Out of all three
Palmé Bay tiny homes, this is the only unit
that has one, and guests never stop talking
about it. Two people max, 280 lb weight
limit, and please treat it with care. It's

this space is entirely yours.

The shared heated pool is steps away behind
the property. Private keypad entry, designated
parking, and small/medium pets welcome.
