Suite C is the largest of the three Palmé Bay
tiny homes — and from the moment you step inside,
Galveston Bay greets you through the oversized
picture window straight ahead. Open water. Blue
sky. The whole bay, yours to look at all day.
Bright white walls, light wood floors, ivy
trailing the ceiling, and designer details
everywhere you look. Your private mini-split A/C
runs cool and quiet — no Houston humidity makes
it past that door.

The ground-floor Cal King bedroom is Suite C's
standout feature — a spacious private bedroom
(no loft ladder required) with a plush Cal King
bed, crisp hotel-white linens, chunky knit throw,
and bay views right outside the window. Perfect
for couples who want the most space, guests who
prefer ground-floor access, or anyone who simply
wants to stretch out in a real bedroom after a
day on the water.

The fully equipped designer kitchen has it all —
navy shaker cabinets, gold hardware, white marble
countertops, gold gooseneck faucet, Cosmo range
hood, 2-burner induction cooktop, and a retro red
mini fridge. Your coffee and tea bar arrives
stocked with organic green tea, k-cups, creamers,
and sugar. High-speed WiFi throughout.

The convertible sofa on the main level sleeps 2
additional guests, positioned with a direct bay
view. A wall-mounted Roku smart TV is ready for
movie nights in.

The spa-caliber bathroom features marble-look tile
walls with gold veining, a glass-enclosed rain
shower with brushed gold overhead fixture,
floating vanity with matte black fixtures,
backlit LED mirror, and a bonsai plant on the
shelf. You will not expect this bathroom inside
a tiny home. That's the point.

breeze. This patio belongs entirely to you.

The shared heated pool is steps away. Private
keypad entry, designated parking, and small/medium
pets welcome. Check-in after 3PM, checkout 11AM.

Palmé Bay is a boutique waterfront property with
three designer tiny homes — Units A, B, and C.
Each unit is fully self-contained with its own
private entrance, patio, fire pit, bathroom,
kitchen, mini-split A/C, and parking spot. You
may occasionally see guests from neighboring
units, but your space is completely private.

Suite C is the largest of the three units and
the only one with a ground-floor Cal King bedroom
(no loft ladder required).

Important things to know before booking:

⎯▹ The large home on the adjacent property is
separately owned and NOT part of your rental
— it is a separate listing (Palmé Bay
Waterfront House).
⎯▹ Heated pool is shared among Units A, B, C only.
⎯▹ Hot tub is NOT available to tiny home guests —
it belongs to the neighboring house listing only.
⎯▹ Parking: 5 total spots in the lot behind the
homes — 1 designated spot per tiny home unit,
plus 2 first-come first-served spaces. Enter
via the shared driveway on the right side of
the property.
