Our half-timbered villa, “Villa des Artistes” (formerly “Villa am Pferdeteich”), dates back to the turn of the 20th century.
With its glass sunroom, balconies, and porches, it invites you to linger.
Here, where the mountain and forest air of the southern Harz Mountains offers a uniquely beneficial therapeutic climate, you can relax, meet up with friends and family, enjoy all that the charming little town of Bad Sachsa (Harz) has to offer, go hiking, ice skating, swimming, skiing, or sledding—or simply read or play with the kids in the playground—as well as explore the Harz Mountains with all their unique features.

Our villa is located in one of the best spots in Bad Sachsa, on the Brand. From here, you have a wonderful view of the nearby forests, across the small spa town, and far into the countryside toward the forests and mountains of the Southern Harz.
After extensive renovation and modernization work, it reopened its doors in 2018.
All construction work was carried out using health-conscious, low-allergen, low-toxic, and eco-friendly building practices. All floors feature oiled oak planks, and the walls are finished with clay and lime plaster.
In this villa, with a total of 330 square meters of living space, we offer this uniquely styled accommodation for rent. A touch of luxury and mid-century style in a 115-square-meter apartment. A sunroom, a balcony, and a garden await your relaxation. The beds are so cozy and ready for your dreams. Enjoy meals together in front of the wood-burning stove and relax in the various seating areas. Delight in the photographs or the view of the forests and mountains of the Southern Harz.
