A very beautiful (82 square meters) and very well-equipped vacation rental in a quiet cul-de-sac with a park-like garden and a large covered terrace, where you can enjoy your time off in fine weather in a beach chair, on a garden lounger, or on the high-quality seating.

The modern apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a 180 cm x 200 cm box-spring bed and spacious closets.
The bedroom facing the terrace has a second TV.

The kitchen offers everything you need for daily life, including a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, a kettle, and an internet radio.

From the cozy living and dining area, you have direct access to the terrace.

For a security deposit of €200, you can use the 2x3-meter electric awning with remote control.

In addition, an outdoor parking space, an underground parking space, and a locked storage area in the basement for bicycles are available to you.
You can take the elevator from the underground parking garage to the entrance of the vacation rental.

Bicycle and hiking trails are located in the immediate vicinity. The nearest bus stop is only 80 meters from the apartment; from there, you can easily travel to town, to the Park der Gärten, or to Oldenburg and Westerstede.

The train station is about a 15-minute ride away; from there, you can travel to Bremen, Hamburg, or in the other direction as far as Norddeich.

You can pay the visitor’s tax at the tourist office.
