'Check in time was 2PM, would have been nice if they let us in the room at 1:45PM. Seems really good unnecessary to keep us out of room when it was already cleaned and available. Water in shower was at best luke warm on the highest setting. Not exactly up to standard on cleanliness and in room amenities. Won’t return.'

'It wasn’t worth what we paid. Instead of getting to rest, we had issues with the air conditioner. The first technician already knew that the control or buttons were broken but didn’t tell us. When the second technician arrived, he just cleaned the filter, but it still didn’t work. They made us wait another 30 minutes even though they already knew the control was faulty.
