Come and discover the majestic landscapes of the Pyrenees whilst staying in this 24 m² studio, ideally situated in Bagnères-de-Luchon. Gardens, a ski area and the town centre with its remarkable architecture are all on offer for a lively getaway, in both winter and summer: skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, spa treatments, hiking, guided tours…
This accommodation, which sleeps up to two people, features a lovely living area with a 160 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace with breathtaking views of the summit of Port du Vénasque!

The studio:
Located on the first floor, accessible via a wide staircase, the accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A beautiful, light-filled living area with a seating area featuring a 160 cm fold-away bed and a sofa, a desk, a coffee table, a TV, and a dining area with a table that seats up to 4 guests.
- A kitchenette opening onto the living room, fully equipped with a fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, fondue and raclette set, kettle, filter coffee machine and Tassimo Happy.
- A bathroom with a bath, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a toilet.

Outside:
- An 8 m² south-facing terrace furnished with an outdoor table and chairs and two sun loungers, perfect for enjoying a lovely meal with a view of the summit of Port du Vénasque!

- The ‘Crémaillère Express’ cable car to the Luchon Superbagnères ski area is a 7-minute walk away, or accessible by shuttle bus from outside the residence, or by car (2.8 km).
- The Luchon Thermal Baths will open on 20 March 2023 (Parc des Quinconces), situated 1 km away (10 mins’ walk).
- The Juzet Waterfall in Luchon, situated 3.5 km away (7 mins by car).
- 9-hole golf course (one of the five oldest in France)

Activities:
In winter, a wide range of snow sports are available in the Superbagnères ski area, with 32 km of slopes: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and tobogganing, as well as hang-gliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky! Finally, unwind with a spa treatment in the heart of the magnificent Quinconces Park!

In summer, you can explore the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d’Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré… Make the most of it by taking a stroll along the shores of Lake Oô and admiring the splendid view of the Haut-Garonne peaks, or set off on a trail run or a climbing route! There are plenty of other activities and events on offer: mini-golf, football, theatre, concerts, the Tour de France, the Plant Festival, the Flower Festival, the Christmas market…

Transport:
- ‘Thermales’ shuttle buses serving the town’s thermal baths and ‘Winter Season’ shuttle buses serving the resort’s slopes and town centre. (Shuttle buses operate only during the holidays).
- Coach to Toulouse.
- Tarbes-Lourdes Airport is 102 km away (1 hour 14 minutes by car), Pau Airport is 145 km away (1 hour 39 minutes) and Toulouse Airport is 148 km away (1 hour 47 minutes by car).

The accommodation is situated on a cul-de-sac, within a very quiet and pleasant residential complex, just a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts, the thermal baths, the town centre and its amenities: bakery, butcher’s, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, market…
