Set in a pleasant residence in the heart of a private park, come and discover this beautiful 35 m² flat, ideally located in Bagnères-de-Luchon. In summer and winter alike, take advantage of the resort's landscapes and activities: skiing, snowboarding, hang-gliding, spa treatments, hiking, guided tours, etc.
This flat, which sleeps up to 4 people, has a lovely living room with a double sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and an open-plan balcony overlooking the River Le Pique!
Free parking available. Bed linen and towels provided. Pets accepted on request. Wifi (fibre optic) included.

The flat:
Located on the 1st floor accessible by lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A living area with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 4 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room: fridge, dishwasher, small freezer, hob, fondue and raclette machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Tassimo Happy...

Sleeping area:
- A large bedroom with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) and access to the balcony.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- An east-facing balcony of approx. 7 m², not overlooked and furnished with two sun loungers, an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a good meal facing the river La Pique!

- Thermal baths (Parc des Quinconces) 1km away (15 min walk).
- Juzet de Luchon waterfall 3 km away (6 min by car).

- 9-hole golf course (one of the 5 oldest in France).

In winter, the Superbagnères ski area offers a host of winter sports activities, with 32 km of pistes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing and also hang-gliding or gliding to discover the region from the air! Finally, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces!

In summer, you can discover the many hiking trails: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d'Enfer, Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to stroll along the banks of Lac d'Oô and admire the splendid views of the Haut-Garonne peaks, or set off on a trail or rock-climbing trip! Many other activities and events are on offer: mini-golf, football, theatre, concerts, Tour de France, Plant Festival, Flower Festival, Christmas market, etc.

The accommodation is located in a quiet, pleasant residence just 7 minutes' walk from the ski lifts, the terms, the town centre and its amenities: bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, market...

- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

- Pets are accepted for a supplement of €30/stay, but must not climb on the bed. Only one pet per stay is allowed (please specify when booking). Please take care of the fur and do not leave the animal alone.
- Board games available.
- For nature lovers, a pair of Bushnell R3 8×42 binoculars is available with a cleaning kit. Please return them clean after use.
