The original architectural features have been preserved and enriched with a charming panoramic swimming-pool with Jacuzzi area.
Distances: Grassina with all kinds of shops 1 km, Florence (railway station, airport) 10 km away. San Gimignano 58 km, Siena approx. 70 km away, Arezzo 75 km, Pisa (airport) 95 km. The Ugolino Golf Club (18 holes) is 4 km away.

If all the apartments of the property are booked by the same group, a final cleaning fee of €1,500 will apply.
