'Erg vrolijke en behulpzame staf'

'Prachtige locatie en geweldige service '

'An absolutely brilliant experience! Debora was extremely friendly, helpful and gave me some great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The accommodation itself was excellent, comfortable and clean. It had all I could have asked for and Sassetta was a great place to rest up on The Tuscany Trail gravel ride.'

'Fantastic place, fantastic host☺️'

'The Casa Del Chiodo was the perfect Tuscan B&B experience for us. From the moment Marco greeted us to the amazing multiple course evening meal that owner/chef Paola prepared to the breakfast served by Irene, it was the epitome of Italian hospitality. While the evening meal was extra, it was definitely worth it as it showcased local farm grown and hunted/gathered foods (such as mushrooms, venison and roasted chestnuts). Our room was clean, true to historical construction with modern amenities....

'Un endroit charmant, idéal pour une étape et se décontracter dans le jacuzzi'

'Posizione fantastica e struttura molto accogliente e curata'

'Beautiful property and breathtaking views, but the overall service was disappointing and not what I would expect given the rate we paid per night. 1) Basic amenities were repeatedly missing. Hand soap and body lotion were not provided at check-in. Despite requesting body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion multiple times from different staff, they were not replenished. One evening at 10pm, there was still no body wash for three guests. 2) Wi-Fi did not work. We were given 2–3...

'Ik heb het hotel eerder verlaten omdat het helemaal niet voldeed aan mijn verwachtingen. Kamer ziet er niet uit als op de plaatjes. Ik was specifiek opzoek naar een kamer met airconditioning en zelfs toen kwamen ze met een excuus dat ze daarmee bezig zijn. Ook is er amper daglicht te vinden in de hotel kamer'

'sehr schönes architektonisch top -gestaltetes Zimmer Elektr.einchecken Bedingung . Minimale Frühstückvariante '

'We stayed here for three nights and had an incredible experience. The room was clean, offered a beautiful view, and had reliable Wi-Fi. The location is perfect for exploring, only an hour's drive to Montalcino and incredibly close to several fantastic wineries. The restaurant itself is absolutely fantastic: The panoramic views are amazing, the food is to die for (home cooking style), and the wine selection is excellent. Laura, her husband, and their son, Leonardo, are wonderful, welcoming...

'Appartamento grande con tutti i servizi e comodità disponibili, colazione molto buona e cena strepitosa con menù del giorno. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene! Agriturismo straconsigliato da andarci almeno una volta.'

'Mooie combinatie van historisch gebouw met modern comfort Hotel gaf ons parkeervergunning voor binnenstad en liep mee naar plek waar parkeren mocht '

'Very relaxing spa hotel. If you use all the spa facilities, they are really quite good. But lack of staff assistance and info meant I didn't even discover some of the excellence until leaving. I even enjoyed the foot spa, only once, 4 pools red hot, blue cold. very bland when the taps are not adding jacuzzi effect and the taps only come on at random times. We did not realise the spa shower had interesting features (like warm trickle). I had a Massage from Gaia.... It was 5*...cannot fault! but...
