This nice villa is built on a spacious, entirely closed grounds with a very pretty outlook. 1,5 miles nearby to the charming village of Bagnols-en-Forêt where you have the usual shops and trades. The Mediterranean coast (Frejus) is only within 10 miles. The property and the whole area offers very natural and pretty surroundings.

INSIDE
The inner outlayings are very comfortable and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor, you will have a living room, an open kitchen, two separate toilets, two shower rooms and three bedrooms.Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has a large double bed. The first floor consists of a master suite with a queen size bed, its integrated en-suite shower room with WC and a bedroom with a double bed.

OUTSIDE
A beautiful swimming pool, heated for the off-season, provides next to it a pretty pool house equipped with a lounge area. Shaded or sunny terraces with garden furniture and barbecue and a charming garden will enhance your stay.
