- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room (with washbasin, shower and WC)
- Two bedrooms (on the ground floor) with 2 double beds (140×190)
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine with two single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- 22,000 m² of woodland and a terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the view.

The house is ideally located in Baguer-Morvan, in very pleasant surroundings. Approximately 5 minutes by car from the village, where you will find a bakery with a small grocery shop and tobacconist's.
Dol de Bretagne, a small town full of character with all amenities and a Saturday morning market, is 10 minutes away.
The cottage in the woods located near the village of Baguer-Morvan 30 km from Saint-Malo, corsair city, with its beaches, cultural and sporting events and in particular in October-November 2026 the 13ᵉ edition of La Route du Rhum and Saint-Malo - Pointe-à-Pitre, single-handed race and 25 km from Cancale and Mont-Saint-Michel.

A petanque court is available for travellers.

Less than 10 minutes away, you'll find:

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking space.
