"We had a fantastic few days at O Sitio. The location is perfect, with an amazing, quiet beach complete with a bar and restaurant, and just a five‑minute boat ride to the main town. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are incredibly helpful and responsive. The rooms are relatively basic but tastefully decorated and in keeping with the surroundings. I would highly recommend it and hope I can return one day!"

"This was a very pleasant stay and good location. The room was clean. However, the bathroom needs some work as there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet and shower."

"Rooms were extremely tiny and had water damage and mold. Shower had no curtain or walls at entire bathroom would get wet. Location on the beach was convenient but loud at night and in morning. Get rid of the tub it was useless and took up too much space."

"Honestly the people who own this accommodation were wonderful and welcoming. Really enjoyed meeting them. Also great to have kitchen equipment, a hammock and large accommodation which was close to Abrao port. There were a few bugs which they happily cleaned away, but which later returned. Wasn't an issue for me but worth watching out for. Thanks for having me and my partner."
