'Our room was a studio with a kitchen on the 8th floor. It was well designed and decorated. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa. Everything was clean and in working order. Our room was quiet with minimal street noise. I appreciated the convenience of parking in the garage next door with in and out privileges and not needing a valet to get the car. 'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'The rooms are perfectly designed. Full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, roll around desk, sliding black out blinds, bathroom night lights and quiet air conditioners. I travel a lot and find the rooms and set up perfect for my needs. Staff was casual and professional. I did not have the breakfast as my departure was before they open. Great small hotel in an older part of town. Definitely stay there again when visiting Sacramento. Perfect rooms.'

'The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. '
