'We had a family gathering of 15, ranging from 17 to 78, the house was fabulous; the setting couldn't have been better. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do. We went to a fish boil, took family pictures on our own beach with the lighthouse in the background, played pickleball, cornhole, went kayaking, took in a play, walked to the lighthouse, made meals at home, went out to eat two or three times, took hikes in the state parks, and just hung out as a family and played games...

'We were a bit concerned since big storms rolled in ahead of our stay but all went smoothly. Great communication with VRBO. We had everything we needed. The bed and pillows felt like home. Plenty of fans to keep us cool and comfortable. The lake was a bit rough to go in but lovely to sit on the pier and take in the quiet breeze over the water. Spent most of our time out and about with the dogs. Very dog friendly in Door County! '

The house was very clean and so comfortable with many amenities. We loved the wooded area and the fire pit was a bonus. We will definitely book again!'
