Deze verbluffende nieuwbouw is een studio-appartement gelegen op een mooi bebost terrein naast de golfbaan Maxwelton Braes en het Bjorklunden-routesysteem met een prachtig uitzicht op Lake Michigan en de natuur. U vindt een schilderachtig studio-appartement op de bovenverdieping met een kingsize bed en een uittrekbare bank. Het apparaat slaapt comfortabel 3 volwassenen, of 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen, met ruimte voor een pack en spelen voor een groter gezin. Er is een kitchenette met magnetron en koelkast, een ligbad en een eetruimte. Dit apparaat heeft een aparte ingang vanaf het hoofdgebouw. De hoofdwoning is mogelijk beschikbaar voor verhuur, stuur een aanvraag voor beschikbaarheid en prijzen.
    De locatie is ideaal voor iedereen - slechts 3 mijl of minder van The Ridges en Hiens Creek Nature Preserves voor natuurliefhebbers, het centrum van Baileys Harbor ligt op slechts enkele minuten om te eten en winkelen, Stone's Throw Winery, Kangaroo Lake en Cana Island Lighthouse zijn een korte rit of fiets weg!

Cute Little Apartment

Stayed for 2 nights with my teen nieces. The location was great to get to all the places we wanted to hit up. Everything was as advertised, and we were comfortable during our quick stay.

Door County get a way

Quiet neighborhood hust outside of down town Baileys Harbor. It was everything my girlfriend and I needed for the weekend. It's a perfect spot for a couples trip.

Great, quiet location

First visit to Door County. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home was in a beautiful area, close to Bailey's Harbor, but not so close it was noisy.

Perfect flat for a quick weekend getaway for my wife and me. Close enough to town where you can walk, bike, or drive and a five minute walk to the trails at Bjorklunden.

Beautiful property with a short hike to Lake Michigan with beautiful views! Property was well taken care of in a nice, secluded neighborhood on a wooded lot. We would definitely stay here again!

absolutely fabulous

We booked this for a quick Fourth of July trip in door county, and this was the best spot! The place is extremely comfortable, clean, and well designed. We were able to walk to downtown for the festivities. Overall, great stay!

Roomy, private, convenient

This flat is a very comfortable base camp to explore all Door County has to offer. It is clear that the host has been very thoughtful and intentional about creating a very comfortable accomodation to relax at between your adventures.

Clean and comfortable

This apartment was perfect for our group. The bed and pull-out couch were both comfortable. The apartment feels very spacious and was perfectly clean. The bathroom was nice, and the shower was large. Overall, this place was great!

This was the perfect spot for me while I was working in the area. The bedroom is very spacious, the bathroom is modern and the mini fridge is a very good size, which is great! The accommodations were very comfortable and the location was very convenient for exploring Bailey’s Harbor, and also not very far from Egg Harbor where I also had some work. The check in process was fine, except there was a delay in cleaning the unit. It was promptly cleaned while I chatted with the owner of the property who lives in the main house. It was fortunate she was there to explain the situation and it was immediately apparent she is a very welcoming person who can make you feel at home. She kindly left me a note of apology even though the cleaning schedule wasn’t her responsibility. At the end of my stay I was able to check out later than listed, which was helpful because my work meeting was late in the afternoon that day. I will definitely consider another stay in the future.

Great! Some welcoming touches … for example, rope lights lining the driveway to make it easy to find the property at night. Very quiet. Great neighborhood with quiet rural roads for walking, biking, running.

Cozy in DC

This is a conveniently located, cozy little spot in Bailey's Harbor that we have relied on several times. Very nice updated indoor space. A/C for when it's hot & muggy, and heat if needed. Good spot for biking or walking on the trails.

Great spot

My husband and I enjoyed our stay when we visited Door County for a long weekend. The space is cozy, quiet and had everything we needed for our visit. The only snafu was that I never received an email with check-in information, but the rental company was quick to assist and everything was great after that. Highly recommend this space!

Door County Getaway

Every thing was awesome about this property, just one little hiccup. The bed was not the most comfortable, basic thin foam mattress that had both of us tossing and turning through the night.

Nice place. Bad bed

Everything was exceptionally clean and nice. Except that bed. There were white stains on the comforter and the bed was literally just a piece of foam. Not memory foam or anything supportive. Like couch foam. Both my wife and I woke up with sore backs. With how well done the rest of the place is, the bed is NOT the place to skimp on spending. The quality of the bed alone was enough of an issue that we just could not stay there again.

The cons - Kitchen was spacious but terribly equipped - sink is about 9" square ( so you can't fit a dinner plate into it);) there's no dishwasher, no toaster oven (there is a toaster though). Beware if you plan to do any food prep at all here. It felt odd to have no deck space - the small area designated for guests to sit outside is 17 steep steps down from the apartment and faces a view of scrub woods about 2 feet from the chairs. So not appealing. The good: clean, spacious, quiet, bright (but good window coverings so you can sleep in), comfortable bed and furniture for 2 people. The area was beautiful! Biking distance to lots of beaches and nature preserves/parks, some nice restaurants & pubs in town, max 15 min drive to anywhere on the Egg Harbor/Ephraim side.

Clean and comfortable!

This place was just as advertised, and very convenient to all that we wanted to do in Door County. We did not have a need to contact our host, so we have no opinion on that. If you want ice (we did) bring a cooler and pick some up at the market.
