'Nice hotel. Good breakfast! Nice to convene with family in the lobby area! Nearby parks and walking trails! My only complaint is the knee buster towel rack in the front of the sink. Poor design. When you are using the bathroom sink, there is a towel rack on the front of the sink cabinet that hits you in the knees.'

After I finally got to the only room they'd offer to switch me to, I found out they downgraded to a queen bedroom from a king without being informed or the price adjusted. As-of this review, they have yet to refund me the difference in price, or for the manager to respond to the mold, spiders, lack of cleanliness, foul room smell (embedded in carpet and curtains) that made my first and primary room during...

'Great location with great amenities. It is very popular for hockey and other sports families so it is very busy and full of kids running around. It was clean and the hotel bar and kitchen was great to have as an option for food and drinks.'

'Big clean room (2 queens) bumpy bed. With fridge and tv. Breakfast was very good. Wafels and pancake maker also English breakfast. But the service is very bad! Bath tap kept running, made 3 time's a complain. Everytine is was new and agsin promisses to send maintanance. He/she never came. 3 nights sleep with a running bathtap is no pleasure I can tell you. No cleaning of the room. When I asked they would clean by 2 days. It was 2 days and then sudden oh then it is 3.... I can make my own...

'Absolute gem of a hotel! I’ve enjoyed staying on two separate occasions and throughly enjoyed the quality amenities and friendly staff. I’m not going to go into details but there was a rather major mishap/inconvenience on our first stay and I debated bringing it up to management but before I had a chance they let me know they would be covering our entire stay. Lovely view great management and a cozy relaxing atmosphere I hope to enjoy again soon! I’m tempted to write a bad review just to help...
