NO TECHNICAL SERVICE
Its more like a single person hotel, I was staying with family and there was major leakage in Bathroom, I requested next day after sleeping overnight & my booking was for 2 night But when i realized the leakage overnight i complained on the reception They said We must have reported during check in We dint get repair or replace room.

The property has improved since my last visit. The staff's English wasn't quite as good as last time but was not a problem. Could have done with the bar being open later but there are other places to go. Staff were extremely helpful.

The front desk staff including manager are very unprofessional. Always want money. I had to pay 150€ for couple of extra hours that I requested for late check out.

Great stay
Nice clean hotel and friendly staff. A little far away from the tourist locations though. Breakfast was average. We had an excellent stay overall.

Spacious comfortable rooms with great staff
We really enjoyed the spacious rooms and helpful staff in this hotel. For tourists who want to walk it is a long way from the waterfront and main attractions so a taxi is required however this is affordable at around 5 manat

The stay at OPERA was very nice and satisfying. The staffs were good and kind.

Smart, Comfortable and very friendly staff.
I had an extremely warm welcome when I arrived. Check in was very efficient and quick. All the staff that I came across were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and well laid out & very big I didn't feel closed in. The room was suitably warm when I arrived & for the duration of my stay.

Opera hotel lacks customer service skills
Booked this hotel for 2 nights, got to the hotel from the airport at 2:30am. To my surprise, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was fully booked and his colleague hadn't logged my booking on their system. After the receptionist called his manager the story changed. He then said the hotel had cancelled the booking (trying to get out and place the blame with hotel.com and me). I informed the receptionist that he was lying as hotel.com would notify me of cancellation. I called hotel.com and they were so great and helpful. They arranged another hotel nearby and upgraded my room. Unlike the staff at Opera hotel.

Extremley good facility with bad service
Stay was for 2 nights..while checking in the lady on the desk was very rude, that she ringed the bell for my wife so she can stop talking..she also took long time for check in and offered us tea, which she later cancelled because our rooms were ready and we already have tea bags in our rooms as she mentioned! breakfast is very bad in terms of options.

Nice hotel
I have stay in this hotel with my family for 5 nights. The staff was very nice and help full they speak English I deal with Sabit he was nice person help me to take Tours around Baku. The room is big and very clean and quit also you can use the GM for free I would recommend for other traveler to stay there and I'm looking to stay there for next visit. Thanks Hussain

Я останавливалась в этом отеле на 9 ночей. Номер мне понравился. Просторный, чистый и комфортный. Удобная кровать. В декабре в номере было тепло. Есть кабельное ТВ, немало российских каналов. В номере есть электрический чайник, халат,тапочки. Вода, чай и кофе в пакетиках в номере бесплатно, их меняют каждый день. Wifi быстрый. Ванная комната новая и современная. Хороший душ. Отель находится недалеко от станции метро Нариманов. До многих достопримечательностей пешком далеко, лучше на машине или на метро.

Ho trascorso un piacevole soggiorno della durata di 5 giorni, la struttura è situata a 500 metri dalla stazione metropolitana più vicina dalla quale si possono raggiungere tutti i punti d'interesse della città, la relativa vicinanza all'aeroporto internazionale limitano i costi di trasporto. Personale cortese ed educato, lingua inglese di livello medio/alto. La stanza molto spaziosa, le rifiniture eleganti, peccato per la vista pessima. Ho alloggiato in una stanza singola economica e il bagno era piuttosto piccolo e "incastrato" tra WC e doccia
