'This stay wasn’t great, the first room had both elevators not working and up against a road behind with dumpsters—they thought one of the elevators was working but the bell person who was moving us to a new location thought is was working and it wasn’t- for seniors this is a major problem. The second room was definitely better than first, however when we got back from dinner, we opened the door and water was all over the floor, we called right away and maintenance and house cleaning came out...

'It was overall a good experience. It was located within 2-3 miles of every location we were visiting. Trader Joe’s is a few blocks away as well as several good restaurants. It was clean and had adequate kitchen and laundry needs. The coffee pot is drip in case someone wants to know about Keurig. There is a good blender for smoothies. 'Fantastic place to stay in Costa Mesa. Dave was super helpful and very responsive. Check in was super quick and I was messaged our door code before 4pm without asking for early check in. Place was super clean and everything was laid out beautifully. All the essentials we needed were provided. Area was super quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the Costa Mesa area. The whole process was seamless.'
