'The hotel is very tired and requires an upgrade, evident with the wear and tear on room doors, the wall coverings on the levels where the rooms were and the carpets. The rooms, the lobby and the cafe were all presentable. The cafe staff were extremely welcoming but we did have to do without coffee a few mornings as the machine had broken. Also frustrating was the fact that we had to return several times to reception to activate the room access cards as they did not work on arrival at the room....
