'Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond! The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). The wellness facilities were top-notch too - the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made for a relaxing and refreshing...

'Wellness en sportfaciliteiten zijn goed. Ontbijt is geen continentaal ontbijt, vooral gericht op UK-breakfast. Daardoor erg weinig keuze. Erg ver verwijderd van centrum Glasgow. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding helaas slecht. Je krijgt te weinig voor wat je betaalt voor je kamer. Meest teleurstellende is de staff: veelal erg jong die weinig geïnteresseerd zijn in de gasten. Er kan vaak geen glimlach of hallo vanaf, jammer! '
