Vind je ideale hotel in Balkangebergte

'EXELLENT'

'Bon hotel avec spa et autres services que nous n avons pas utilisés. Belle chambre avec toutes le fournitures avec un balcon vitré avec vue sur les rochers. Juste dans la salle de bain, le vitrage de la cabine de douche ne ferme pas correctement et donc l eau sort. Il y a 2 restaurants, le plus grand ou l on prend le petit déjeuner est bien décoré et l autre on a dîner mais ce que je n ai pas apprécié c est le fait qu il fasse traverser une salle fumeur pour y aller '

When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. '

'Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique.'

'The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). The only thing we were disappointed was food, we didn't manage to have dinner as we had planned. The hotel...

'Vladi, the receptionist is the best! He knows how to spell the word SERVICE by taking care of you the way you expect to be taken care of is an airport hotel. He arranged a free taxi to the airport as the free shuttle was in use already by other guests. Easy access to the hotel, the rooms are clean, breakfast with everything you need/wish for. I recommend you stay there everytime you need tostay close to Sofia airport.'

'Dichtbij het vliegveld, handig want we hadden een erg vroege vlucht. Keurig met het shuttlebusje gebracht en we kregen zelfs een breakfast to go mee. Bedden lagen prima en ook de badkamer is keurig. Zou hier zo weer boeken.'

'Good quality for the price. It’s situated in the business area, next to a large mall. To the city centre with taxi is around 10 Lev and back the same. We only took yellow cab and o.k. Taxi. First night to hotel with O.K. Taxi they try to rip us off, by not turning the meter on. He said 10 Lev is good, we gave him 5 Lev and he didn’t say anything as he knew he was wrong. '

' We stayed in a nice, spacious and clean apartment. Our stay was almost flawless, untill we asked if a late check out was possible. The reason we asked for a late check out was to leave our luggage in the room so we can get two 1,5 hour massages in the hotel spa. Same reason I gave the receptionist by the way. Mind you that one 1,5 hour massage is more then the nightly rate of the room. The answer was that it's possible for a fee of €10,- an hour. Not that client friendly when I'm still...
