'Appartement impeccable ,propre et bien equipe'

'Bon hotel avec spa et autres services que nous n avons pas utilisés. Belle chambre avec toutes le fournitures avec un balcon vitré avec vue sur les rochers. Juste dans la salle de bain, le vitrage de la cabine de douche ne ferme pas correctement et donc l eau sort. Il y a 2 restaurants, le plus grand ou l on prend le petit déjeuner est bien décoré et l autre on a dîner mais ce que je n ai pas apprécié c est le fait qu il fasse traverser une salle fumeur pour y aller '

'The ensuite room was clean and cosy with a lovely view of the garden. Breakfast was delicious and healthy, made fresh each day. When we requested dinner, this was also delicious and at a good price.The location was close some lovely towns and only 2.5hrs from Sofia. Wifi had good connectivity. The hosts were very friendly, had lots of suggestions for places to see and where to eat. They catered to us perfectly. Looking forward to coming again. '

Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). 'Vladi, the receptionist is the best! He knows how to spell the word SERVICE by taking care of you the way you expect to be taken care of is an airport hotel. He arranged a free taxi to the airport as the free shuttle was in use already by other guests. Easy access to the hotel, the rooms are clean, breakfast with everything you need/wish for. I recommend you stay there everytime you need tostay close to Sofia airport.'

'Easy 40 minute walk down in top old town VT .through a beautiful park'

' We stayed in a nice, spacious and clean apartment. Our stay was almost flawless, untill we asked if a late check out was possible. The reason we asked for a late check out was to leave our luggage in the room so we can get two 1,5 hour massages in the hotel spa. Same reason I gave the receptionist by the way. Mind you that one 1,5 hour massage is more then the nightly rate of the room. The answer was that it's possible for a fee of €10,- an hour. Not that client friendly when I'm still...

'Mooi hotel geweldige service. Wel minpuntjes, bijvoorbeeld voor verse sinaasappelsap moest extra worden betaald en geen koffie/thee mogelijkheden op de kamer. Deze dingen dienen geregeld te zijn in een 5* hotel. '

'Het hotel ligt wel wat verderaf voor alles, maar dat hadden wij expliciet gekozen omdat we een buitenzwembad wouden. Alles was super proper, het zwembad, de kamer,… gewoonweg alles. We hadden ontbijt genomen en ook dat was super lekker! Het hotel is super stil en dus zalig om te genieten en te slapen! '
