Finca Viva – Private Jungle Oasis with Private Pool and Breathtaking Views

Are you looking for the perfect jungle getaway? Are you hoping to see and hear birds all day long? Are you enjoying fresh fruit right off the tree? Are you adventurous and curious? Interested in experiencing the jungle first hand and learning more about exotic creatures? Are you looking for privacy and peace and quiet? What about a full moon swim in our 12 Meter long pool? Or a dip at first light to the sounds of Howler Monkeys nearby? Maybe some Yoga on the deck? Finca Viva has it all! Welcome!

The space
We just finished renovating the entire House and the Rancho. The main house is a Bamboo Construction and was originally built in 2017. The house was especially designed to have nice Airflow so A/C is not necessary. We have ceiling fans in both bedrooms and also in the outdoor kitchen. The temperature always drops down to a very comfortable temperature at night because of the higher altitude of over 350 Meters above sea level. We are above the Mosquito line and hardly ever see any bugs. Both Bedrooms have a private entrance. The Master bedroom has direct access to a private bathroom. The second bedroom has no private bathroom but the bathroom inside the Rancho is only a few meters away. The Kitchen is open and we love it!! The big Granit Island is the center of the house and we use it as eating area, work space and also to visit with friends and have a drink. The 12 Meter x 6 Meter Pool is only a few steps away from the kitchen and easy accessible day and night. We have a pool shower next to the pool and of course outside furniture. The Rancho is just a few Meters away and offers more outside cooking and dining options. The wood floor is perfect to practice yoga and the Mountain View from the Hammock is incredible!

Guest access
The property size is 20 Acres with lots of jungle trails and big views. Our guests are welcome to explore the trails and walk down to the fish ponds and bird Observatory.

Our Gardener Rolbin will be happy to show you around! He is working around the property 4 days a week and can point out ripe fruit or show you jungle creatures or birds. He is amazing! We have one neighboring house that sits empty most of the time so privacy is guaranteed.

Other things to note
The last 200 Meters of our Driveway require 4x4 or a good All Wheel Drive Vehicle. We can also arrange for transport from the main road if necessary! We do have a safe parking spot close to the main road in case a vehicle can't make it up the driveway.

Our property is located 13km from the center of Uvita but feels remote because it is so quiet. We love the fact that we are only minutes away from various beaches/restaurants/shopping options and still have peace and quiet whenever we want. We have really strong Fibre Optics Internet and work remotely all the time. Our
Guests have full Access to the entire property (20 Acres) and are welcome to harvest fruit and vegetables. The tap water is clean and fresh and we don't need to buy store water. Cleaning is included 1x a week. We are also able to organize private catering if that is something that interests you or a organic food delivery service that can bring food to the Finca once per week.
