Thank you for your nice review. I am very glad you enjoyed the views and wild life while living at our casita. The problem is actually not the internet, it is the electric service. The intermittant electricity was an area wide problem when you were visiting. If the electricity goes out then the internet will not work temporarily. As soon as the electricity comes back on then the internet comes back also. At the time you stayed in our home, the Envision Festival was in full swing. Since there were about 10,000 extra people in the area using the electricity and internet, the area infrastructure was overloaded. The electric company was simply not prepared for the extra demand on the electricity usage. It was unusual to have so many area wide electric problems. This was an obvious problem because many of the local office owners and restaurants were complaining about electric power outages. Also the entire town and surrounding areas were experiencing the intermittant internet service as well. This is highly unusual. We are very happy you came to stay in our home. I hope you can come again when the infrastructure is better able to handle an increase of the population in our area.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay at our nice home. In your review you have made so many statements that are full of mistakes. You had several opportunities to let us know if there was a problem so we could have helped you by either fixing the problem or refunding your money. But you never once mentioned any problems to us or to our property manager when he came to see you. I understand from our manager that you are elderly and possibly you had a problem with walking or seeing or both. For safety in case someone needs, there is a railing and stairs from the parking lot to our Casita and the area has lights if you want to see where you are walking at night. While you were staying at our home we had a pillow-top mattress on a beautiful new cedar bed frame so you are mistaken about the pillow-top mattress. Also we had a beautiful new cedar custom built armoir and several new chairs and tables that are nice additions and remain there. All of the appliances in the kitchen were working perfectly fine. I am very particular myself about everything being cleaned well by my maids so I would be quite surprised if things were left unclean just for you. I apologize that the backyard was temporarily closed due to some new landscaping work and construction to be done after you left there. So at the time you were there, no access to the BBQ was available. The work is complete now so the backyard is open for using the BBQ. The Beach Club has a sign clearly posted in front of the building which states no Public Access to the beach. For members of the Beach Club and our guests, however there is private beach access with permission by a member. Only the restaurant is open to the public and not the beach without the member's permission. According to our property manager, he said that you did not leave our home early before your reservation date was complete.
