'This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. 'This hotel was fine for a night after a long flight. As its close to the airport its noisy with planes and also lots if road traffic that passes by. Hotels.com unfortunately provides incorrect information around the free airport shittle so be aware that this stops at 10PM. Otherwise comfortable beds and friendly staff!'

'I was publicly shamed for the credit card I used upon checking in. I was humiliated in front of the entire lobby. Additionally, for paying almost $400 per night, our view was of the roof hvac system. The room quality was barely average. I originally thought booking this hotel would be a nice way to spend my birthday. Never again. I’ll save my money and stay ANYWHERE else.'

'We stayed at this motel end of April. Despite the reviews leaving us optimistic about the stay ahead we were very much disappointed and disgusted... We stayed in room 203 (after assigned room 110 seemed to be occupied) and already when we arrived we saw two bugs crawling on the ground near the beds, of which one was a cockroach of 1/3". Having killed them we went to sleep confident that that would've been it, but no... We woke up two times in the night with bugs crawling on us. We couldn't sleep...

'I was not able to utilize the pool because the key card did not work when I attempted to open it multiple times. The walkways need to be cleaned and swept outside of the rooms. The entire room needs to be renovated from the broken shower to the cracks of insulation that show in all of the roof corners that actually allow for airflow to come into the room and decrease insulation.'

'This listing is fir the MK Hotel, not the Howard Johnson. My reservation from Expedia said Howard Johnson and the map was for the Howard Johnson by the airport, but I arrived and they had no record of my booking. I called the number listed on the hotel page and it took me to the MK Hotel, which is 15 minutes away. No relation at all to the Howard Johnson. Completely insane. This feels very shady. No idea what is going on here but there doesn’t seem to be any way to report this to Expedia....
