Who could’ve thought a place like this can be found around, this place is suitable everyone it’s good for business and for pleasure with a wide variety of stuff to offer and amazingly friendly service

Don't judge a book by its cover.
The was no view as depicted on the advertisements. I met a dirty wall three storeys down. No views at all. Bedroom window like a pantry window.

Fabulous!!!!
Our ground floor apartment was absolutely beautiful, and everything we could have wanted. We actually tried to extend our stay but werent able to sadly.

good suite but needs a few changes
This was a good place to stay for a few days. the suite was good, clean, comfortable. Unfortunately the power plugs on most of the items where european with no adapter to SA plug style. the inventory checklist was a mess and items were missing and incorrectly recorded. When we spoke to reception- they said nothing they can do as owner deals with it. within a few hours we had an adapter for the tv only and a few more towels. I think the inventory checklist makes this suite feel cheap and should be removed. The use of the valley of pools was only possible by a R50 taxi ride there - should be a free shuttle service in my opinion. the terrace had no seating/table to enjoy the lovely sea view (disappointing). Overall good experience but could be a excellent stay if a few changes are made.

I want to thank the team at Zimbali for making sure that this past weekend is incredible for my family. Particularly, I'd like to thank Marcus for going an extra mile to ensure that having been my family's first time in Zimbali, my mother's birthday and our first vacation it is a moment to always cherish and remember. We've come from nothing to something and there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing value for your money. More tho see friendly staff who invested in these priceless moments that will never be forgotten. My heart is full. Thank you.

Blessed View, but pool out of order.
Arriving in the hotel we discovered that pool was out-of-order, and nobody gave any indication before we arrive @ the lounge. I already stayed in this venue, they have a blessed view, services and amenities are okay, but the approach this time was completely wrong. Thanks to Hotel.Com customer support I was relocated to another property and had a great weekend. Hotel staff was apparently collaborative to hotels.com team to solve the issue and book the transfer. Will try again in the future, but I wish they'll inform the customer next time having maintenance problems.
