Racing fans, the Saratoga Race Track is just 4 miles away. The entire first floor of this multi family lakefront home is for guests. The spacious (1300 sq ft) 2 bedroom sleeps four with an open floor plan located in a quiet cove. 3 large smart TV's (55,50,43 in) make those horses look like they are right in the room with you !!

Shopping and good eats? Head downtown to Broadway, only 6 miles away. You'll find many places with fine food and cuisines. Head north to the 550 and eat right on the water. Head south one exit and find two great taverns. Bentley's and Carson's Woodfire - where you can eat overlooking the lake.

A very large covered porch less than 30 feet from the water's edge is equipped with a 4 burner grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful meal inside or out.

Looking for some nightlife or live music? Caroline Street is a sure bet - an easy 6 mile jaunt. SPAC is also only 10 minutes away.

Wanting to hit the links? Don't miss a chance to play a round at Saratoga National Golf Course, a mere 8 miles away.

Guests also have access to a small sitting area at the end of the dock which is set up with chairs. (Sorry the pontoon boat in the dock picture is not for use by guests.) There are places on both ends of the lake where guests can do day rentals of boats, paddle boards, etc.

Unfortunately at the cottage there is no space for docking of other outboard motor boats or another pontoon. Guests are welcomed to bring non-motorized water vessels - canoes, kayaks, paddle boards. No motor boats and/or trailers allowed. Likewise in winter, guests may not bring motorized vehicles like snowmobiles. There is no lake access in the cove to put them on the lake, Nor is there room for parking a trailer on the cottage property.

Sorry but guests can NOT bring any motor boat and/or trailer of any size. There is no room on the property to park either at the cottage, even if you plan to put it in daily at one of the public launch sites each day. The association also does not allow guests to leave boats/trailers in the parking lot at the entrance to the cove. Unfortunately if you want to bring a motor boat , jet ski / trailer, this is not the place for you.

The cove is very shallow. Maximum depth is only about 5 feet for a distance of 120-150 feet from shore. Guests can swim off the dock but there is absolutely no diving. Guests can bring their own flotation devises and spend time floating around in the cove. Weather permitting, winter guests can skate and enjoy ice fishing. Likewise in winter, guests may not bring motorized vehicles like snowmobiles. There is no lake access to put them on the lake, nor is there room for parking a trailer on the cottage property.
