'We had a great day at Turtle Bay Inn. Our check in process was very easy and we did not have to wait at all. The customer service was amazing and we got to check into our room a little bit early. This place is in walking distance from a ton of restaurants live music and a street market. We scheduled a bioluminescent sunset boat tour and were able to walk to the meeting place. A+++++ 10/10 rating! '

'When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. The bathroom faucet kept coming off. For those that like to shower with hot water, there was no hot water. Water was at room temperature. There was a lot of WIFI issues with the four network.
