First the beds where not queen. We have a queen bed and what they had was full size. Next was having to pay for parking. If I’m staying at your hotel I should not have to pay for parking. This is the first and last time I will use this Hampton Inn to visit family.

We had to be re-roomed twice first door didnt work, second the room was never cleaned and smelled like pot, third was fine but no refrigerator. What hotel doesn't give you some form of fridge in the room. Badly under renovation and when we were re-roomed I head “ now thats two rooms I cant sell tonight” like it was my fault. RUDE! I had three adults in the room of a king bed and fold out couch with no linens for the couch. Had to leave room again to get said linens and then it seemed it was an inconvenience. Will never book Hampton Inn again

Wont be back
Hotel is at White Marsh, close to shops and restaurants. Hotel is older and needs maintenance. I had a sharp edged hole right in the middle of the bathroom floor, and the heater was crazy loud. Also i was on the first floor near the lobby and people were loudly talking and running around all night.

It took a few minutes to be greeted at check-in (there wasn't anyone at the front desk so we had to wait). The hotel was clean though. One of the elevators was out of service so waiting for one elevator, especially in the morning when housecleaning was using them to transport all the materials and staff they needed, took longer than it should have. The fire alarm went off for over 15 mins and none of the staff members communicated what was going on...it was just business as usual while the sirens screeched.

The lady at the front desk had some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. In these days and times that we are in she was a breath of fresh air. I don’t know what I expected but it definitely wasn’t that. I will definitely stay there again just because of her. I feel so bad because I didn’t ask her name due to the fact that I wasn’t really expecting to write a review. I know her name begins with a M maybe Martha, Mary or Marylyn but if she does get a chance to read this I really appreciate you and thank you!

The only thing I enjoyed about this place was the late checkout (2pm) the side access door was broken, no keycard access. So I had to around front, which was locked, even though there were employees at the desk. The walls were thin and I could hear the people next to me yelling and listening to music until 4 am, I mentioned something to the lady at the front desk, she said security would talk to them. Nothing happened, and later on I heard the same people having sex. On an unrelated note I also found a magnum condom in the package thankfully at the entrance upon arrival, and a fully smoked down to the filter black & mild in the hallway. After the lady at the front desk assured me it was a smoke free property. I have stayed at Motel 6's with more class than this place. The location is decent, lots of restaurants and whatnot nearby. But that signage is awful, small, and one single sign near the entrance, you'd miss it if you weren't looking. I expect better from a hotel with Hilton's brand attached to it, most every other one I've been to at least has soundproofed walls and adequate security measures. Do better please.

Hotel has seen better days.
The first room we checked into reeked of the room freshener. We stayed 30 min. and tried leaving the door open—smell was still so strong. The pleasant staff gave us a new room. The second room smelled fine, but the faucet in the shower dripped all night. We checked out at 3am and would not choose this hotel again. It is falling apart.

Gave this hotel another chance after a disappointing stay years ago. Mistake. 1st room was dirty. The toilet seat was dirty so we changed rooms … 2nd room -no fridge no ice bucket.., all ice machines on all floors were broken. My boyfriend had to walk to the Hilton across the street to get ice. Will not stay there again.

This would have been our second time staying. We liked it the first time. Breakfast included is a plus. But when we arrived for this trip our room was given away. All Expedia reservations cancelled. And they would do nothing for us. Thankfully we had family we could stay with and slept on the floor with our 2 small children. What if we knew no one? All other hotels were booked out as well. While we were trying to figure things out another family came in after going to their son’s funeral and also had their room given away. They do not honour Expedia bookings. Will never go back.

Great stay, Hotel has been renovated back to a Great Hampton White Marsh. I read the reviews before making our reservations (there were some pretty harsh ones) but they appeared to have stayed before all the renovations. Based on my stay I highly recommend this location !!!

The room was too dusty. The bed sheets look like they haven’t been washed in a while. We had to called to get more towels. The sofa bed didn’t have sheets. There were no Blankets in the rooms. No microwave, no fridge. They didn’t come and clean during the day. It was an bad experience
